Clubcard points from every purchase at any Tesco Lotus branch will be converted into cash vouchers automatically (minimum 1,000 Clubcard points = cash voucher 10 baht) and sent to your door by mail every 3 months or use via Clubcard app. Clubcard points that are not turned into cash vouchers will remain in the system and never expire. How can my Clubcard earn points?
Simply present your Clubcard or inform your mobile phone number to the cashier before making a purchase, points will be earned automatically! Spending through Tesco Lotus Visa credit card can also earn points as well.
Are there any products which are ineligible for Clubcard points?
There are some products that do not earn Clubcard points, including Liquor, Tobacco, pharmacy, formula milk for baby and infant (formula 1 and 2), energy drink, MSG, Birdy ice coffee, bill payment and postage service as well as purchase from food court and Tesco Lotus tenant shops.
How can I check my points?
Clubcard points will be calculated every three months and converted into cash vouchers sent to your home in March, June, September, and December.
Members can check points from 3 channels
- At the bottom of a sales slip by simply checking at the bottom of the sales slip after making a purchase with Clubcard
- Clubcard call center at 1712 press 2 press 3, everyday from 9 am – 11 pm
- Clubcard mobile application lets you check point balance and all valid cash vouchers easily anytime and anywhere

What documents do I need to apply for Clubcard?
No documents are required! Simply complete an application form and sign it.

What is the difference between a Clubcard and a credit card? Can I use them together when I pay?
Yes, both a Clubcard and a credit card can be used together when making a payment. Clubcard is a membership card of Tesco Lotus that is used to earn points, while the credit card is used for making a payment. So don’t forget to use Clubcard every time you make a payment by either cash or the credit card at any branch of Tesco Lotus.
For more convenience, we offer a new 2-in-1 integrated Tesco Lotus Visa credit card that combines its credit card with Tesco Lotus Clubcard, allowing you to make a payment and earn points faster and easier. If you apply for Tesco Lotus Visa credit card, Clubcard application is unnecessary. On the other hand, if you already have a Clubcard and apply for Tesco Lotus Visa credit card, you will have one newer Clubcard number that can be also used to collect points. However, both Clubcard numbers can be linked together, just contact Clubcard call center at 1712 press 2 press 3.
What are the benefits of using a credit card with my Clubcard?
When you make a payment by the credit card and present your Clubcard, you will receive the benefits of the credit card while earning points from Clubcard. For example, if you make a payment by Tesco Visa credit card and present Clubcard, you will earn points from Tesco Visa credit card and also points from Clubcard. Moreover, you will receive cash vouchers from both Tesco Lotus Visa credit card and Clubcard that will be sent to your home as scheduled.
When can I receive cash vouchers?
Cash vouchers will be sent to your specified address within 45 days after Clubcard collection period ends. For example, if your Clubcard collection period is during 1 Mar - 30 July, you will receive cash vouchers and can use them via Clubcard app within 15 September.
How can I use cash vouchers?
Cash vouchers can be used when making a payment at any branch of Tesco Lotus. However, cash vouchers can only be used in conjunction with Clubcard (in case of forgetting Clubcard, ID card or a driving license with the same name as registered on cash vouchers is acceptable).
You can also use cash vouchers via Clubcard mobile app. Simply download cash vouchers via the mobile app and present their barcode with Clubcard to the cashier when making a payment.
How do we use discount coupons?
Discount coupons can be used for receiving privileges when purchasing products as specified on the coupon conditions. Just present your discount coupons with Clubcard to the cashier when making a payment (In case of forgetting Clubcard, ID card or a driving license with the same name as registered on discount coupons is acceptable).
You can also use discount coupons instantly via Clubcard mobile app. Simply download discount coupons via the mobile app and present their barcode with Clubcard to the cashier when making a payment.
Why don’t I get cash vouchers from Clubcard?
The reason that the members do not receive cash vouchers may occur in several cases:
- Clubcard points are not more than 1,000 points when Clubcard collection period ends.
- Member data has not been completed updating in Clubcard database as it takes 60 days for operation.
- The name, surname or mailing address in the database is incomplete or incorrect, or any change occurs before the delivery period.
- No signature on the application form
To avoid these delivery failures, please contact Clubcard call center at 1712 press 2 press 3 to verify and update your data. In case that you have not signed the application form, you need to confirm the signature by verifying yourself with Clubcard call center to complete the application process.
I have lost my Clubcard. What should I do?
If you notice that your Clubcard is missing while at a branch of Tesco Lotus, staff will be happy to help you confirm that your Clubcard has not been mislaid inside the store. If it cannot be located, please visit here and fill in the mobile phone number that has already registered in Clubcard system. Following the process, you will receive SMS informing your Clubcard number via your mobile phone and can use it instantly.

Clubcard mobile app can help you manage your Clubcard account comprehensively such as checking, redeeming and transferring points. With the mobile app, whether using cash vouchers and discount coupons or updating your personal data will be easier and faster at your fingertips.
How do I update my personal details via Clubcard mobile app?
You can simply update your personal data by yourself, just click "My Clubcard“ menu and go to “My Personal Details". The data will be updated in the database instantly, no longer need to contact Clubcard call center.
