What is Lotus's member?

Lotus's member is a membership card of Lotus’s that helps you save when you shop at Lotus’s. Lotus's member allows you to earn Lotus's member points for every purchase at any branch of Lotus’s (Every 2 Baht = 1 Lotus's member point) to enhance privileges for the members and show our appreciation for shopping with us.

What are the privileges of Lotus's member?

Lotus's member points from every purchase at any Lotus’s branch will be converted into cash vouchers automatically (minimum 1,000 Lotus's member points = cash voucher 10 baht) and sent to your door by mail every 3 months or use via Lotus's app. Lotus's member points that are not turned into cash vouchers will remain in the system and never expire. You can enjoy further various exclusive privileges that fits your lifestyle such as redeeming points for special rewards and to win luxurious rewards via Lotus's app, transferring points to AirAsia BIG Points for redeeming free domestic and international flights or transferring to Esso Smiles points for instant fuel redemption at Esso service stations nationwide, purchasing member price products, booking performance tickets for special price, getting a chance to win a prize, joining our most exclusive activities and receiving free product simples or new products.

How can my Lotus's member earn points?

Simply present your Lotus's member or inform your mobile phone number to the cashier before making a purchase, points will be earned automatically! Spending through Lotus’s Visa credit card can also earn points as well.

Are there any products which are ineligible for Lotus's member points?

There are some products that do not earn Lotus's member points, including Liquor, Tobacco, pharmacy, formula milk for baby and infant (formula 1 and 2), energy drink, MSG, Birdy ice coffee, bill payment and postage service as well as purchase from food court and Lotus’s tenant shops.

How can I check my points?

Lotus's member points will be calculated every three months and converted into cash vouchers sent to your home in March, June, September, and December.

Members can check points from 3 channels

  1. At the bottom of a sales slip by simply checking at the bottom of the sales slip after making a purchase with Lotus's member
  2. Lotus's member call center at 1712 press 2 press 3, everyday from 9 am – 11 pm
  3. Lotus's application lets you check point balance and all valid cash vouchers easily anytime and anywhere

Do I have to pay for Lotus's member registration?

Registration for a Lotus's member is free of charge.

What documents do I need to apply for Lotus's member?

What is the difference between a Lotus's member and a credit card? Can I use them together when I pay?

Yes, both a Lotus's member and a credit card can be used together when making a payment.Lotus's member is a membership card of Lotus’s that is used to earn points, while the credit card is used for making a payment. So don’t forget to use Lotus's member every time you make a payment by either cash or the credit card at any branch of Lotus’s.

For more convenience, we offer a new 2-in-1 integrated Lotus’s Visa credit card that combines its credit card with Lotus's member, allowing you to make a payment and earn points faster and easier. If you apply for Lotus’s Visa credit card, Lotus's application is unnecessary. On the other hand, if you already have a Lotus's member and apply for Lotus’s Visa credit card, you will have one newer Lotus's member number that can be also used to collect points. However, both Lotus's member numbers can be linked together, just contact Lotus's member call center at 1712 press 2 press 3.

What are the benefits of using a credit card with my Lotus's member?

When you make a payment by the credit card and present your Lotus's member, you will receive the benefits of the credit card while earning points from Lotus's member. For example, if you make a payment by Tesco Visa credit card and present Lotus's member, you will earn points from Tesco Visa credit card and also points from Lotus's member. Moreover, you will receive cash vouchers from both Lotus’s Visa credit card and Lotus's member that will be sent to your home as scheduled.

When can I receive cash vouchers?

Cash vouchers will be sent to your specified address within 45 days after Lotus's member collection period ends. For example, if your Lotus's member collection period is during 1 Mar - 30 July, you will receive cash vouchers and can use them via Lotus's member app within 15 September.

How can I use cash vouchers?

Cash vouchers can be used when making a payment at any branch of Lotus’s. However, cash vouchers can only be used in conjunction with Lotus's member (in case of forgetting Lotus's member, ID card or a driving license with the same name as registered on cash vouchers is acceptable).

You can also use cash vouchers via Lotus's member app. Simply download cash vouchers via the mobile app and present their barcode with Lotus's member to the cashier when making a payment.

How do we use discount coupons?

Discount coupons can be used for receiving privileges when purchasing products as specified on the coupon conditions. Just present your discount coupons with Lotus's member to the cashier when making a payment (In case of forgetting Lotus's member, ID card or a driving license with the same name as registered on discount coupons is acceptable).

You can also use discount coupons instantly via Lotus's app. Simply download discount coupons via the mobile app and present their barcode with Lotus's member to the cashier when making a payment.

Why don’t I get cash vouchers from Lotus's member?

The reason that the members do not receive cash vouchers may occur in several cases:

  1. Lotus's member points are not more than 1,000 points when Lotus's member collection period ends.
  2. Member data has not been completed updating in Lotus's member database as it takes 60 days for operation.
  3. The name, surname or mailing address in the database is incomplete or incorrect, or any change occurs before the delivery period.
  4. No signature on the application form

To avoid these delivery failures, please contact Lotus's member call center at 1712 press 2 press 3 to verify and update your data. In case that you have not signed the application form, you need to confirm the signature by verifying yourself with Lotus's member call center to complete the application process.

I have lost my Lotus's member. What should I do?

If you notice that your Lotus's member is missing while at a branch of Lotus’s, staff will be happy to help you confirm that your Lotus's member has not been mislaid inside the store. If it cannot be located, please visit here and fill in the mobile phone number that has already registered in Lotus's member system. Following the process, you will receive SMS informing your Lotus's member number via your mobile phone and can use it instantly.

What are the privileges of Lotus's app?

Lotus's app can help you manage your Lotus's member account comprehensively such as checking, redeeming and transferring points. With the mobile app, whether using cash vouchers and discount coupons or updating your personal data will be easier and faster at your fingertips.

How do I update my personal details via Lotus's app?

You can simply update your personal data by yourself, just click "Lotus's member“ menu and go to “My Personal Details". The data will be updated in the database instantly, no longer need to contact Lotus's member call center.
